Job Title:                               Records Manager/Office Assistant/Data Entry

 

Position Description:   Under the supervision of the East Counties supervisor, the records manager is responsible for setting up and maintaining client records according to Center and ECI requirements.  Other duties include service record entry into Anasazi and general organization and maintenance of the office needs.  Among those duties are answering the phone, keeping supplies and forms in order and other activities that support the staff and the ECI PRIDE program.

 

Minimum Qualifications:  High school diploma or GED with at least one year’s experience with general office duties and data entry; ability to understand and use a computer, including fast and accurate keyboarding skills; ability to pay attention to details and stay on task; must be able to work independently, show initiative and have a professional attitude.

 

Preferred Qualifications:  Formal training in administrative tasks and use of computer; knowledge of services provided by Early Childhood Intervention or an MHMR agency; two or more years of experience doing similar tasks; ability to speak Spanish.

Position Description:   This position will provide direct care services to individuals with mental retardation and/or developmental disabilities to support them in reaching their maximum level of independence for daily living situations.  This position will be required to work with individuals who may display physical, emotional, and/or behavioral challenges that are a challenge to environments and people with whom they interact.  Applicant must have the ability to:  teach and model adaptive behaviors; fully implement behavior modification training programs; assist individuals with activities of daily living; accurately document observations and services provided.  All services are provided in compliance with HCS and HCS-O Principal of Evidentiary Certification or ICF-MR Standards, as applicable.  Applicant must have the ability to stay current in all BTCMHMRC’s required training, work variable hours when needed to provide adequate consumer coverage and work in variable work settings.

Position Description:  This position will review and coordinate services for individuals admitted into the Crisis Respite Program.  Must update Crisis Treatment Plan daily and provide supportive and rehabilitative services; must be able to work flexible hours and communicate effectively with direct care personnel and chart daily the interventions outlined in the Crisis TP.  This position will be responsible for transition plans into community outpatient care after release from the Crisis Respite Program.  Daily group services will be part of structure and responsibility of this position.
