To register a complaint or give positive feedback about Bluebonnet Trails Community MHMR Center programs, service delivery and or a staff person, please follow these procedures:

During regular business hours, call the Center or the Program Director.

After business hours, weekends and holidays, call the Complaint Line Number at (512) 244-8324. Calls will be checked the next business day.

All complaints will be documented and responded to, in writing, within five working days after receipt. All positive feedback will be shared with the appropriate program, staff and/or county service site.
