Mental Health Services for adults in Caldwell County are available through the Caldwell County Mental Health Center, located at 510 Pierce Street in Luling. 
Services to individuals with mental retardation in Caldwell County are available through the Caldwell County Mental Retardation Center, 210 North Main in Lockhart.
Services to infants (0-3) who have a significant developmental delay and/or a medical diagnosis that has a high probability of resulting in a delay are available through the early childhood intervention program known as PRIDE (Parent Resources for Infant Developmental Enrichment). The PRIDE program is located at 104 Loop 150 in Bastrop.
